1. News release: Centralized Management System: VigorACS System Integrator version
HSINCHU, Taiwan DrayTek Corp. (TSE:6216), a Taiwan-based networking solutions provider, today announces the launch of VigorACS System Integrator version for providing remote diagnostic and management service to TR-069 based Vigor routers.
VigorACS SI, a powerful centralized management system, lets System Integrators (SI)/Value Added Reseller (VAR)/MIS of multinational companies manage DrayTek’s routers much more convenient upon implementation.
A technical standpoint –
VigorACS SI is a simplified version of the original VigorACS, and is designed to allow system integrators with less than a few hundred customers to provide technical supports such as IPSec/PPTP VPN settings, real-time alarm message monitoring, remote firmware upgrading, traffic monitoring and diagnostic, setting up VoIP services, etc.
TR069-based VigorACS SIhas a user-friendly interface to help network administrators to maintain and configure customers’ devices easily and remotely. Through logically designed configuration pages, complicated tasks are simplified; so even for some newly started staff, it will not take long for them to get on top of the software, and to provide quality supports to their customers.
A business standpoint –
With VigorACS SI, smaller IT support companies and system integrators can play the role of a traditional wholesale provider by providing device management services to their customers.
